Use and management of telegram chat folder
You can organize your Telegram chats(Telegram聊天) by creating folders for them. The folder is a special type of chat that allows you to group other chats. You can create up to 100 folders and each one will be assigned an identifier (hashtag). It’s not possible to share the hashtag with anyone else, so you should be careful about keeping track of what hashtags are being used by others on Telegram.
Telegram allows saving your chats in a zip file.
Telegram allows saving your chats in a zip file. This can be done by clicking on the three dots that appear when you hover over the message and choosing “Save as”. If you want to go further and save all of your Telegram chats, this option also exists:
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Chat History > Clear chat history
Select “Date range” and choose how many days back you’d like to delete messages from (we recommend doing it all at once).

It is not possible to save messages from your profile into a folder
Unlike WhatsApp, which allows you to save messages from your profile into a folder, Telegram Messenger doesn’t have this feature. However, it is possible to save your profile messages in a folder.
Search for messages and files in specific folders
You can search for all the messages and files saved in a particular folder only.
Search is available for all messages, including those that aren’t saved in the folder.
Search is also available for files, including audio and video files that are not saved in the folder.
The search will not provide results from your other saved folders
Searches are conducted only within the chat folder you are currently viewing. This means that your search will not provide results from other folders or your chat history.
There is no limit on several folders you may create for your account
You can create as many folders as you like for your account, and use them to organize different groups, channels, or chats. You can even use them to organize content by topic, project, or client.
For example:
Create a “Tech” folder and add your favorite tech blogs to it.
Create a “Work” folder, and add all the clients that you work with under this category. Then all their messages will be grouped in one place when they are sent out in a broadcast message format (which is similar to email).

To create a folder, tap on the ‘More’ menu in the bottom right corner of any chat screen and select ‘Create new folder’. If there’s already a folder with that name, it will be overwritten (or added on top). After creating the new folder, tap on it to open it and add conversations inside. You can then save individual conversations or entire groups into this newly-created folder.
Telegram also offers channels as an alternative way of saving multiple conversations together – unlike traditional chat protocols such as IRC or Discord which only allow one room per server address/username pair at a time (and must therefore rely on users manually moving their conversation into different rooms), every user with access privileges has their channel they can share with other users through links sent out via email/Twitter, etc; however these channels are not displayed anywhere else except within itself – so if someone sends me an invite link I won’t see what kindof content is being posted inside those channels unless I join myself!
One last point
Telegram is a secure messenger that allows you to save your more important chats in folders and search through them. The app also supports sending files with an extension of up to 1GB. Telegram is available on most platforms, so you can use it no matter what device you have.
